Sorry guys, I couldn't find a video in English, because the Spanish Reconquista was Spanish.

NATURAL SCIENCE CHALLENGE - our bodies
Hi there!
In Natural Science we've been working on the human body and its different systems. To make it more exciting and engaging, a challenge was proposed to your incredible sons and daughters. This is the challenge:
Click here to download the original presentation (you need to donwload it to see its animation)
You wouldn't believe how awesome your kids' creations were. They really scared me, because I thought that I overestimated them with this challenge, but they showed me that this is just what they were looking for in order to develop their creativity and their minds. I have all the projects' presentations on my computer, so if you want to check your child's one just let me know, because all of them are wonderful.

PLANT REPRODUCTION
Hiya!
As you know, we've been working on plants by means of 5 little projects in the Natural Science classes. We've enjoyed a lot! The classroom was divided into five "thematic tables" belonging to the different contents we want to learn about plants:
- Parts of plants.
- Plant reproduction.
- Plant nutrition.
- Types of plants.
- Plants and us.
In the second "thematic table" (plant reproduction), the INCREDIBLE PUPILS in Year 3 have recorded a short video about how plants reproduce, that is how plants make new baby plants.
This is what we got after a very good research (investigation). Enjoy!

DARWIN'S EVOLUTION
In Arts & Crafts we are going to start a project about the Evolutionism. We are going to record a documentary in which we will explain the differences between some animals in different countries. We will do that through a story we have to write and act out in groups.
This way, we connect what we have learnt in Natural Science and Social Science.

THE PHILIPPINES, BY YNA
Recently, in
Social Science, we have studied what an archipelago is, and one of the
archipelagos we have seen is the Philippines. As we wanted to know more about
this incredible archipelago we invited one friend. She is Yna, a girl from the
Philippines! This is a sample of what we learnt from her. Enjoy!
Sorry for
the quality of the video… I really need a new mobile phone. :P

Continents and oceans - EXTRA POINT
Hello explorers!
To get ONE extra point you have to copy this world map in your notebook or in a sheet of paper, write the names of the oceans and continents and colour it beautifully.
HOWEVER, if you want TWO extra points you have to find an animal from each continent and draw them in their continents.
BUT Rafa, I don't want two extra points, I want THREE!
OK, to get THREE extra points you have to draw the map, find an animal from every continent and write about the animals' nutrition, interaction and reproduction.
Come on! YOU ARE GREAT EXPLORERS!
Regards!
Rafa.
P.S.: Remember that there are 6 continents (Europe, Asia, Oceania, Africa, America and Antarctica) and 5 oceans (Atlantic Ocean, Southern Ocean, Pacific Ocean, Arctic Ocean and Indian Ocean).
REMEMBER TO WRITE A COMMENT ON THE BLOG!
